Fermentation Tradition in Korea Find out about the amazing health benefits of Korean food while you enjoy homemade Korean cuisine with traditional table setting in bronze ware. Menu: Bulgogi, Japchae, Bibimbap, Korean Pancake, Kimchi Salad. Dessert: Sikhye (Fermented rice punch), Rice Cake, Ginger Cookie, Honey Glazed Walnut *Menu can be varied depending on the classes * Participants will receive recipes to take home and free books on Korean history and culture will be available After the demonstration, we will show short documentaries on Korea. Cancellation policy: Although we do not offer refunds in case of cancellation, if you cancel 72 hours ahead of the event, you will receive a credit towards another Taste of Korea class.
